ALR
ALR is the unit developed by Asis for LPG projects, which transmits analog data produced by mechanical level measuring instruments in LPG tanks to digital data and transmits it to the automation system in a similar way to probe data. It is an economical solution that allows to take the levels of LPG tanks to the automation system and manage them centrally. It is already integrated with Rochester brand level meters and can be integrated with different brand equipments. Especially, LPG levels are displayed in the automation system at the station location, the tank automation software is included in the standard functions (filling detection, automatic calibration, level alarms etc.) and if there is a central management system, this technology allows LPG tanks to send data to the center via the existing architecture. It has demonstrated its indispensable superiority. Thanks to the zener barrier it contains, it also makes safe applications that are made by connecting mechanical level meters directly to PLC or operator panels without using safety barriers.
