YUSUF KAYA
CHAIRMAN AND GENERAL MANAGER of ASİS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INC.

Yusuf KAYA was born in Sivas in 1967. He is married and has two children.

He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering at Yıldız Technical University in 1990.

In 1989, he founded Robosis Industrial Control Systems Company in Kocaeli.

In 2000, he founded Asis Otomasyon Sistemleri A.Ş.

In 2005, he founded DTSİS Digital Identification Systems Ltd. Şti. (**)

In 2008, he founded Asis Elektronik ve Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. (**)

In 2013, he acquired Mekser Petrol Ekipmanları A.Ş.

In 2022, he founded Miggra Teknoloji A.Ş., operating in the field of robotics.

In 2023, he became one of the founding partners of TBS Mühendislik A.Ş.

KAYA currently serves as the General Manager of Asis Otomasyon A.Ş. and actively continues his duties as Chairman of the Board and Board Member in the other companies.
