YUSUF KAYA
CHAIRMAN AND GENERAL MANAGER at ASİS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INC.

Yusuf KAYA, born in Sivas in 1967, is married and a father of two children.

He graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering, in 1990 (1986-1990).

In 1989, he was one of the founding executives of Robosis Industrial Control Systems Company (Kocaeli).
In 2000, he established Asis Automation and Fuel Systems Inc.
In 2005, he co-founded DTSIS Digital Recognition Systems Ltd. Co. (**)
In 2008, he was one of the founding executives of Asis Electronics and Information Systems Inc. (**).

In 2011, he continued his ventures by acquiring TBS Energy Inc., and in 2013, he acquired Mekser Petroleum Equipment Inc.

In 2022, he founded Miggra Technology Inc. and started developing technology for the e-commerce and grocery sectors.

KAYA currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager at Asis Automation Inc. and actively holds the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and member of the board in all other companies.

(**) In 2023, he completely severed his ties with these companies by transferring the shares to third parties.
