YUSUF KAYA
CHAIRMAN AND GENERAL MANAGER of ASİS AUTOMATION SYSTEMS INC.

Born in 1967 in Sivas, Yusuf KAYA is married and has two children.
He graduated from Sultanahmet Technical High School, Department of Mechanical Engineering, in 1986.
In 1990, he graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Electrical Engineering (1986–1990).

In 1989, he founded Robosis Industrial Control Systems Company (Kocaeli)

In 2000, Asis Otomasyon Sistemleri A.Ş.

In 2005, DTSİS Digital Identification Systems Ltd.(**)

In 2008, Asis Electronics and Information Systems A.Ş. (**)

In 2013, Mekser Petroleum Equipment A.Ş. (Acquisition)

In 2022, Miggra Technology A.Ş. (Robotics)

In 2023, he co-founded TBS Engineering A.Ş.

KAYA is currently serving as the General Manager of Asis Otomasyon A.Ş. and actively continues his roles as Chairman and Board Member in all other companies.
