Asis distributed awards to ideas owners, according to institutional innovation system.

Adopting continuous innovation as a corporate culture and following organizational innovation policies, Asis has launched the Idea Collection and Evaluation System (currently only available internally) for the purpose of establishing, developing and maintaining the Corporate Innovation System (WMD) culture within the company. ASIS Innovation Working Group, which creates a pool of ideas with this system, collects the ideas from every subject from its employees, evaluates these ideas and ensures the implementation of the ideas deemed appropriate.
In this context, Ertan MENTES (ASIS OTOMASYON), Birol Cambaz (ASIS OTOMASYON) and Mehmet Bardakcilar (MEKSER), who came to life with their ideas in the call titled "Efficiency, Waste and Savings", which was started in January and which Asis Automation and group company employees can participate, certificates and awards were presented by ASIS Innovation Working Group.
According to the statement made by ASIS Innovation Working Group, the Idea Collection and Evaluation System, which is open only to Asis and group company employees yet but will be available to all customers in the near future.
